HOW TO GET TO SODANKYL\u00c4<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Sodankyl\u00e4 is located approximately two hours northeast by car from Lapland’s capital, Rovaniemi. A direct Google Maps link can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Train<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finland is provided with excellent railroad network. While trains do not go as far north as Sodankyl\u00e4, Lapland’s capital Rovaniemi can be easily reached by train. English timetable and prices can be found at Finnish Railways webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Bus<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sodankyl\u00e4 can be reached by bus daily every two hours from Rovaniemi railway station. Timetable and prices can be found at Matkahuolto coach service webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Planes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Two major airlines companies, Finnair<\/a> and Norwegian<\/a>, fly from Finnish capital Helsinki to Rovaniemi. Most Rovaniemi-Sodankyl\u00e4 buses also stop by at Rovaniemi airport.<\/p>\n

Festival Bus<\/strong><\/p>\n

The official Festival Bus will run 24\/7 from Luosto to Sodankyl\u00e4 and back. Festival Bus timetable will be confirmed in beginning of June when the programme is published. See schedule here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
