The film is shown together with Kuosmanen&#8217;s previous silent short film <em>Romu-Mattila and a Beautiful Lady<\/em>. Both films are accompanied by <strong>Ykspihlajan Kino-orkesteri<\/strong> band and the internationally renowned foley wizard <strong>Heikki Kossi<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Other Finnish films screened under the title <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barbican.org.uk\/whats-on\/series\/finland-independence-day\"><em>Finland: Independence Day<\/em> <\/a>include <strong>Valentin Vaala<\/strong>\u2019s <em>People in the Summer Nights,<\/em> <strong>Nyrki Tapiovaara<\/strong>\u2019s poetic thriller <em>Stolen Death<\/em>, <strong>Risto Jarva<\/strong>\u2019s story about escaping the rat race <em>A Year of the Hare<\/em> and <strong>Aki Kaurism\u00e4ki<\/strong>\u2019s deeply human <em>The Match Factory Girl<\/em>, which is screened together with <em>The Land of Happiness<\/em> by <strong>Markku P\u00f6l\u00f6nen<\/strong>.
